    Description

Wireless PIR Motion Detector Alarm Add-on Module, ZigBee/MiWi
    MOD-ZIGBEE-PIR
The MOD-ZIGBEE-PIR features an MRF24J40 transceiver connected to a Microchip PIC18F26K20 MCU that is pre-loaded with an open-source MiWi and Zigbee stack. When the PIR motion detector senses motion, the MRF24J40 sends a wireless alarm to Zigbee nodes. This board can be added easily to any microcontroller system that has a UEXT connector (see below).
Should you need or want to re-program the on-board PIC18F26K20 microcontroller, the board has a six-pin mini ICSP connector. An inexpensive programming option would be the
    PIC-KIT3
    plus the
    PIC-Mini-ICD-6
    adapter.
