Here for your consideration is a Vintage signed Tonic jewelry by Megan oxidized silver tone with rhinestones large drop dangle clip on earrings
.  It measures 2 3/4" long  and 1 1/4" wide and weighs 17.9 grams each.
It is signed Tonic on the back of the earrings, clips are nice and tight.
