A lovely 3 strand graduated bead necklace with married cluster clip earrings. The necklace a beautiful shade of dusty rose/mauve graduated beads with a high pearly sheen. The clip earrings have a pink crystal AB bead which surrounds carved pinkish/brownish beads with a moon glow finish.
These earrings ( which are new old stock) mix both acrylic and crystal beads as was customary in the 1950's! Necklace is made with acrylic beads that have a faux pearl feel but in an usual and pleasing color.
Necklace measures 20",18", 16" long respectively at the various strands plus a 3" extender. Center beads measure 20mm tapering to 8mm towards the back.
Clip earrings measure 1" round.
The necklace is in very good condition. The finish on the beads is excellent. There is some minor stretching of the stringing that has occurred at the back of the necklace. Probably from the weight of the 3 strands of beads which are substantial.
The earrings are new old stock and have never been worn.
Necklace is signed Japan. Earrings are unsigned.
