Condition: The 4 corners are torn from hanging on the wall. It looks like it was maybe stapled across the top in at least 5 spots. There is another spot in the center bottom where it was probably also attached to the wall. There are some spotty stains in the backside, it is not that noticeable on the front unless you know its there (last 3 pictures). The side edges I think are serged. One of the pictures show a side and bottom edge and also the spot in the center bottom where it was attached to the wall.
