This Laud/Lute is in excellent condition for it's age.
It is a 12 string (currently has guitar strings) instrument and other
than the strings is completely original.
The tuning pegs all work and the sound is very mellow.
There are several minor issues (to be expected due to age).
1)  On the reverse bottom side there is a small indentation.

2)  The frets do show some wear, but very playable with no rattle.

3)  On the tuning head there is a small scratch.

4)  The bridge is starting to lift, but is tight and does affect play/tuning.

None of the minor issues affect the playing or tone of the instrument.
The laud/lute can be used as it's original intention or can be used
as a wall display.
It does come with a used canvas tote which does have some rips
around the opening zipper seams.  We have not added any
additional cost...it is included FREE. (also repairable)
