This is an extremely rare early UNSIGNED Miriam Haskell or Frank Hess design. There are pretty turquoise colored glass flowers with gold-tone centers wired and woven to the base of this set. The set uses gold-gilt metal to create this great look. It is so rare to find one of these belt bucklets, let alone a dress clip to match! EXCELLENT vintage condition with very minimal wear (see pics). Measurements (approx): Buckle: 3-3/4" x 2" Clip: 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" Please ask any questions before bidding.
