Vintage Mountain (Appalachian) Dulcimer With Carved Dog Scroll hand mad by Jim Sams in 1969 in Western North Carolina. Very rare to see one of his dulcimers with a carved head. Includes a chipboard case. See photos as part of item description. There are two repaired cracks: one on the side of the peg box and on net the upper left spins hole. Dulcimer functions and plays well.
