Nano Serial-To-Internet Module: RS232/485, I2C, SPI, TTLXT-Nano-XXL
XT-Nano-XXL - Serial to Internet Module Description
Only slightly bigger than an Ethernet jack (20x35mm, 0.78"x1.34"), the XT-NANO–XXL module features two bus systems that are user switchable to support any two out of the following four serial interfaces: RS232, RS485, I2C or SPI. Alternatively the buses can also be used as digital TTL inputs or outputs. A Ethernet connection makes those serial interfaces or the digital I/O available via the Internet. The module comes per-programmed with all the necessary Internet protocols, such as: IP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP, ICMP, ARP, SNMP, LPR, DHCP, BOOTP, DNS, TELNET, HTML, http, DYNDNS, SMTP, POP3, SYSLOG and SSL(in preparation). POE (Power over Ethernet) can be easily implemented into your design as all necessary connections are available on the module. The module also supports additional peripheral functions such as a 4-bit or SPI (Serial peripheral bus) LCD display and SD card holder.
An
Evaluation Kit
