    FIRST, I AM NOT A COLLECTOR. I know nothing about jewelry. These are signed. Please see photo 2.  I'm a poor photographer and the little tear drop looks like it is off center but you just have to move it a little bit one way or another . I have a loop and it looks like all the stones are present but if they are not , I have to say AS IS on this and you will have to replace or repair. I have a low opening bit just in case.
