Height 13 centimeters, width of most part 9.5 centimeters. Insertion dimensions 7/7 centimeters.
The lamp was made in Zombkowice-Poland when Poland was part of the Russian Empire until 1902. Available in the catalogs of this enterprise.
A lamp with its own insert is very rare. There are no chips or cracks on the lamp. Beautiful  glass
