This is a rare advertising ink blotter promoting the Post-Broadway engagement of the RACHEL CROTHERS comedy "NICE PEOPLE" at the Cort Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The production opened March 2nd, 1921 at the Klaw Theatre in New York City and ran for 120 performances before going on the road.) ..... The play starred FRANCINE LARRIMORE and the cast included TALLULAH BANKHEAD, EDWIN HENSLEY, MARTIN ALSOP, VINCENT COLEMAN, KATHARINE CORNELL (Broadway debut), CHARLES GIBNEY, HUGH HUNTLEY, MERLE MADDERN and GUY MILHAM .....
