1. old not new, very nice condition
2. I have not cleaned this, a little dusty
3. made by Southeast Native tribes, probably coushatta
4. no breaks, no holes
5. top fits well
6. purchase a collection of old miniature baskets
7. top brighter than bottom, bottom was sitting out on table top, top was in another basket,  they belong together
8. red flowers have little yellow center and green leaves
