Antique Cast iron Garden Urn 28" Tall w/Figural heads- This needs to be welded to repair. It was hit by an ice damn of about 1000 pounds and it sheared the bolt and nut that held it together, there is a hole in the bottom and a round metal ring that needs to be welded back together. there is also a crack that extends up part way from this. It is fixable, cast iron can be welded and a bead added to prevent the crack from spreading. this has the original base included. it is an incredible urn with applied Greek figural heads and grape leaf adornments. The approx total height is 28" and approx 26" at the top. it is very heavy and is in sections, as the repairs would need to be made and new Bolt and Nut added to keep it together. it probably weighs close to 100 pounds total.
